Fits 45mm x 95mm wood (NOT INCLUDED) this is a standard size available at most of the major DIY stores, some people call these 4 inch by 2 inch but it is actually 3-3/4 inch by 1-3/4inch.

Heavy Duty very strong full seam welds.

Each kits includes

2 x Heavy Duty Door Barricade Brackets,

1 x Drill Bit,

8 x M10 x 80mm Coach Screw Bolts with washers, offering far more security than normal shorter wood screws and with a larger head giving even more strength.

When fitting to brick, wall plugs and a masonry drill bit must be used (NOT INCLUDED).

When fitting to a PVC frame the supplied coach screw bolts should be replaced by threaded coach bolts and fitted with the nuts on the inside. (NOT INCLUDED).

Optional, the gap between the door and wood barricade can be filled

by fixing additional wood or plywood to stop any movement at all. (SEE FITTING INSTRUCTIONS)

When the door protrudes from the frame, wood packing is needed to raise the bracket away from the framework. (SEE FITTING INSTRUCTIONS).

PARALLEL BARRICADE BRACKETS - LOCKING KIT

Our Locking Kits give another layer of security to any Drop in Parallel Barricade Brackets.

Padlocks are fitted at each end of the Door Barricade.

Ideal for doors with glass panels or for use on outdoor applications, gates etc.

WARNING if the door is the only means of fire escape padlocks are best not fitted.

The Fitting Guide image shows the locking kit attached to wood for use on other brands of Barricade Brackets. When the kit is used with our brackets the locating channel must be cut out from the wood first.

Small Profile, 90degree FIXING

Heavy Duty Door Barricade Brackets Small profile, 90degree fixing.

Designed to secure doors which have a small surrounding frame, to a minimum of 35mm. The hinge side of the door would be better to have a wider frame than 35mm so that the door doesn’t hit up against the bracket when the door is fully opened.
