The long six bolt design spreads the tension along the doors wooden framework. For single door sheds an additional wood / plywood section
(approximately 20cm x 100cm) may have to be fitted vertically to give the sheds horizontal wall timbers added strength.
For Plastic and Steel sheds additional wood battens bolted to the inside of the door will strengthen the area and stop the nuts being pulled through especially on Plastic sheds.
Recommended for use with closed shackle type padlocks.

The hole for padlock shackle is 13mm in diameter
Will accommodate a padlock shackle with a thickness of 10mm maximum
Hasp Fitting Instructions
SHED HINGE SECURITY UPGRADE KIT
Shed hinge security upgrade kits replace four of the hinges original wood screws with four 6mm coach bolts. Four bolts per hinge, the remaining wood screws are left in place. Two hinges per door, doors that have three hinges the middle hinge remains untouched.
SINGLE DOOR KIT 8 x 6mm coach Bolts with washers and nuts.
DOUBLE DOOR KIT 16 x 6mm coach Bolts with washers and nuts.
Each kit is supplied with a drill bit for drilling out the hinge and door to allow the larger coach bolt to be fitted. Easy to follow fitting instructions are included.
HASP & UPGRADE KIT COMBINATION
Hasp: Padlock Protection. Our Heavy Duty Hasp protects the padlock from top, bottom and side attacks unlike most other hasps and shed security bars that leave the Padlock Shackle open and vulnerable to attack.
Upgrade Kit: Hinge Protection. Even with the best hasps fitted to a shed door without changing some of the hinges screws to bolts, a thief can simply unscrew or force the hinges off using a crow bar.
